Conference
Frédéric Bevilacqua, Research Director at IRCAM, will present his work on instrumental gesture and pedagogy. His research focuses in particular on:
- the analysis of bow movement, through the study of parameters that contribute to the production of a quality sound;
- the development of innovative tools in the service of rehabilitation and music pedagogy.
Panel discussion and debate
The panel discussion “The Interplay Between Movement and Sound” explores the connections between gesture, perception and creation. Alongside Frédéric Bevilacqua (IRCAM), musicians and healthcare professionals share their perspectives on interactive devices. Spanning artistic innovation, rehabilitation and pedagogy, these exchanges shed light on new ways of learning. A meeting at the crossroads of science, art and the body in action.

- Matthieu Belmont, physiotherapist, qualified in Arts Medicine – Music
