Viola Masterclass
This masterclass explores the connection between instrumental gesture and musical expression, placing the body at the heart of viola practice. Vinciane Béranger, a violist renowned for her pedagogy centred on listening and physical freedom, offers a resolutely musical approach in which every gesture becomes a vehicle for expression. In dialogue with her, Matthieu Belmont, a physiotherapist specialising in musicians, deciphers the physiological and biomechanical mechanisms at work, enabling you to integrate these principles with precision and confidence.
